Purpose + Impact = Hope. It’s what our Greyshirt volunteers bring to neighbors in need, it’s what you see on the faces of survivors, and it’s what makes us believe, together, we can get through this.

Led by military veteran volunteers, Team Rubicon is a disaster response non-profit Built to Serve. As a member of Creative Ops, our mission was to recruit volunteers and raise donations.

Please note that I am not a veteran myself.

Bold banner ads drew in potential donors with our Get Shit Done mentality.

Team Rubicon’s social channels reminded our tribe what Service and Grit looks like.

You just got served. Our Greyshirts have completed over 1,175,291 hours of volunteer labor for communities impacted by disaster. #BecuaseTRCan

Carousel ads on Facebook told the story of Team Rubicon’s year in disaster relief operations.

Audience specific captions appealed to the unique needs of each targeted segment.

Previous Donors – reaffirmed the impact of their support.

Prospecting – educated new audiences to our mission.

Retargeting – gave potential donors the emotional push they needed.

As 2019 wound down, we tallied up the numbers from nearly 10 years of service.

We kept the momentum of the campaign going strong in the new year with blog stories, remembrances from TR’s founders, and community posts recognizing the 10th anniversary of Go Day.
